“The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. ”

Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. “Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, only thing was eggs were always cold, but other options ok.”

“They spray the rooms with the same foul scent used in retirement homes to disguise the urine smell. It was so strong and repulsive, giving us a headache and making us sick to our stomach. Vile”

“Absolutely filthy. Beer bottle under bed. Not vacuumed. Road noise was terrible. Bathroom floor had dirt everywhere, like actual sand/mud. Tub didn't drain. Shower curtain had burn holes in it. Hall was filthy. Broken flooring in elevator. Staff was polite. Parking lot was clean.”
