“This was the first time staying at this property and overall our experience was excellent. Wish we had more time to stay to experience all it had to offer. Wish they had postcards a traveler could get for the property and/or more information on the history associated with Brasstown.”

“The location was good. Hotel is old and needs updating. The grounds are not well maintained. High grass, lots of dead leaves near the entrance and no pruning to trees.
Staff at front desk were not welcoming or engaging.
Breakfast was just OK.
Not what we expected for the price we paid.”

“This property is not well maintained, and the room was dirty. There were smudges on the bathroom mirror and the hall mirror. The carpet was dirty. I did let management know and they said they had new staff that they were training.”
