The staff were always smiling, friendly, & accommodating. When crossing paths with a group of staff members they all smiled & said hello or good morning. At first I did not know they were talking to me, but when I realized they were addressing me, I felt all warm & fuzzy inside. They were genuine in their greetings. Of course I turned around with a big smile & replied, "Oh, thank you. Have a good day, guys!" Also, there was a gentleman... I think his name was Thomas. He helped my husband make the reservation for me & made sure a first floor room with a bath tub & near the breakfast area was reserved for me. He was also kind & helped me bring my stuff into my room. You see, I am disabled. Oh, when my husband told me that it is okay for me to stay another night to rest after a long weekend visiting & helping my mom, a kind lady extended my stay. They also allowed me a half hour late checkout with no extra fee. It takes me a while to get things done. Oh, a front desk rep offered to help me get ice. The ladies who work in the breakfast area were also very pleasant. They kept the food coming and the area clean. There was a good assortment of breakfast item from cereal to bacon & eggs. Let's not forget the do it yourself waffles! Yum! BTW... I loved the room I was in! It was perfect! Clean & tighty with a safe if needed! Thank you housekeeping. Whenever we or I come to visit mom, we will definitely stay here. You are our go-to hotel!
