Hotel vicino a Victory Theater - Johannesburg

“A home-away-from-home in Johannesburg. A beautiful property that will surely impress any traveller. Good bar/restaurant, nice outdoor pool, little boutique shop and awesome spa.”

“Perfect place to stay”

“Was here for just 1 night. My room Felt unsafe, my door was facing the main gate, IT was abit hot in the room, no AC. 1 pillowcase was dirty, I put my pants over it. You cant keep the window open at night, its not safe. But it was ok. Perfect if you just need a place to crash for a few hours.”

“Very nice, clean, and safe place. Staff is very kind, restaurant service works very well too. IMPORTANT: for Garmin (GPS) users (maybe TomTom too), the correct address is 27 Eighth St, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2094”

“Gym not available. noisy rooms”

“Place could easily be a 7 or 8 if staff put in effort. Room was advertised as having air-conditioning, a fan, shampoo and shower gel. It had none of those and at times got very hot. Each day I had to ask for more towels and on one occasion I had to ration toilet paper because they had none. Housekeeping is available but only when requested, and even then they did not restock towels or toilet roll. Staff were often not available so I could not exit the compound to get things, often having to...

“I'm coming back soon it was very nice visiting your place”

“Friendly staff and clean rooms”

“This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night.”
