This rustic-style accommodation with a private pool is situated on the left slope of the Caniçada Dam, in the area surrounding Peneda-Gerês National Park. It is a 2-bedroom (T2) property with an interior living area of ​​approximately 140 m², accommodating up to 4 people across two bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom. There is also a guest toilet.

The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with a fireplace, a traditional wooden bench (*escano*), sofas, and a TV. Dining options include both a bar-style table and a standard dining table. Amenities include Wi-Fi access, a guest toilet (housing the washing machine), and a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. The home features a traditional fireplace and inverter air conditioning in the living and kitchen areas.

The upper floor houses a small bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, and baby cot, as well as a living area with sofas, wardrobes, and a fireplace with a heat-recovery insert. There is inverter air conditioning in this living area.

Outside, the property offers terraces, a swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs, a yard, a vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, a flower garden, fruit trees, and various outdoor dining areas featuring stone tables and garden benches. River beaches can be reached in 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot at Faldrém, on the left bank of the Caniçada Reservoir; the Serra do Gerês mountains are 5 minutes away, and the city of Braga is approximately 30 minutes away.
