Some good, some not so good.
Perfect spot near train station. Room lovely with all facilities to cook, clean your clothes etc.
On check in the girl was quite rude. I mentioned we requested a high room (booked about 5 months ago) and she carried on, she will have to change everything she just done to accomodate our request. Then i asked her a question and she quite sharply said "You can wait. I can only do one thing at a time as i now need to do your room all over again." I was so embarrassed. We then went to pur room and had 2 single beds. We looked at each other and both of us said we not going to ask the girl. We were too scared 😂. So put up with it. Pushed them together however the top end is on wheels so kept falling open. On check out someone carried on our room hadnt been paid for as we booked through expedia. We hadn't. I didnt have time to argue, had a train to catch. So im guessing our deposit wont get paid back until i get time to sort it all out. Besides that. Some hits, some misses. Would I stay there again? Yes. But I think better service is required.
