Welcome to our apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The Apartment is located in a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900. The Apartment has 47 m² and is optimal for 2-3 persons. The living room includes a sofas, TV and a dining room area. The small kitchen is located in the entrance area of the living room (includes a stove and a refrigerator). The apartment has also a balcony.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
