Charming Private Room in the Heart of the City

This private room is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a residential building in Vienna’s 10th district. The 8.1 m² room is part of a flat with two other rooms and is suitable for up to 2 guests. You’ll have access to common spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.

The bedroom has a double bed (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, soft lighting, and a clothes rack. There’s no separate living room, but the space is cozy, quiet, and comfortable for a good night’s rest.

The window faces the courtyard, bringing in natural light and making the room quieter. You may hear some sounds from other guests, but overall the space stays calm.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, and basic cooking tools. A small dining table for two is also available in the kitchen.

The shared bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, sink, and a washing machine for guest use. It’s shared with two other rooms and kept clean. Basic toiletries are provided.

You’ll also have access to a shared balcony — a pleasant spot to get some fresh air.
