Geräumige und modern eingerichtete 80-Quadratmeter am Karlsplatz in der Nähe der Wiener Staatsoper und zum Naschmarkt bieten ideale Voraussetzungen für einen angenehmen Wien Aufenthalt. 2 Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und befindet sich im 40 m² großen Wohnbereich.

Der sehr helle 40 m² große Wohnbereich ist u.a. mit einer großzügigen Couchgarnitur, einem Esstisch mit Platz für 6 Personen, Kabel-TV und kostenlosem WLAN, sowie eine Bose I-Phone Docking Station ausgestattet.

Die ganze Wohnung für euch alleine.

Meine Mitarbeiter oder ich sind während deines Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar.

Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Technischen Universität Wien und dem berühmten und hauptsächlich von Wiens Kreativen frequentierten Kunsthallencafé am Karlsplatz, der gleichzeitig einen der wichtigsten Verkehrsknotenpunkte der österreichischen Hauptstadt darstellt und somit auch einen erstklassigen Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel garantiert. Sollte eines Ihrer Ziele nicht fußläufig erreichbar sein – die Station Karlsplatz ist in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar und bietet mit den U-Bahnlinien U1, U2 und U4 und zahlreichen weiteren Straßenbahn- und Busverbindungen Anschluss in praktisch sämtliche Richtungen. Zu den in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindlichen Hotspots zählen u. a. die Kunsthalle Wien, die Karlskirche, der Musikverein und die Wiener Staatsoper, sowie der beliebte Naschmarkt.

Host changed property before my trip which I approved. He then sent me check in link for the original property. I walked there (with luggage) and notified him it was the first property which he said was under construction. When he eventually sent me the information to the correct (second) property, I had to uber there (at my expense). I accessed the property to find that despite booking a 2 bedroom unit and being sent details to a 2 bedroom unit, I was put in a 1 bedroom unit. After I communicated this, it took some time for a response and I had unpacked as I had travelled all day. Then I was sent instructions to go to a third unit which was in the same building. I packed up and went there but the code for the door did not work. I returned to my original (second) unit as it was late in the evening at this point. There was no WiFi and I was asked repeatedly to help problem solve the WiFi issue with different network possibilities and passwords. Also, the front door to the building did not lock until the last night of my stay. I had multiple messages to the host who promised solutions and delivered none. I called VRBO customer service for help twice and have been waiting over 48 hours for a response.

Spacious apartment at a convenient location.

Great place to stay while visiting Vienna. Literally steps away from the Tram and Subway system making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was a breeze with the automated system. The apartment was large and comfortable. The elevator did break down while we were there but once notified the management was quick to respond and try to remedy the situation. Will be hoping this apartment is available the next time we visit.

location location

Location is unbeatable. Streetcars at the door, 3 subway lines just a few meters away, walking distance to the StaatsOper, the Nakshmarkt, and Vienna's asian restaurant quarter (for relief from meat and bread). Oh, yes, and a clean, well-outftted modern apartment. This is one I would go back to.Warning about communicating through VRBO: it hashes email addresses, phone and other numbers to keep everyone on the VRBO reservation, which can be a pain.
