The space
This apartment is very bright - sunshine throughout the day and equipped with a 180x200 cm wide Box Spring Bed from the brand Cocoon Luxury Beds.

The MULTY sofa bed from the brand Ligne Roset is extendable into a 155x195 cm bed and is located in the living room. As a couch, it's considered a 3-seater.
This sofa bed offers 3 positions: sitting, relaxing, sleeping. The relaxation position in particular invites you to read and cuddle. Will send a video for user instructions.

The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a 25x25 cm rain shower and bathtub.

The open living area has direct access to the kitchen and balcony. The dining table is located in the living area.

High quality kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooking and a rice cooker.

Guests will have the luxury to wake up every morning to a tasteful Nespresso coffee. Guests/ adults get one complimentary coffee capsule per person/ per booked night.

Marshall bluetooth music speaker.

Basic care products.

Free high speed wifi.

Cool down on hot summer days - my guests are allowed to use the 20m long pool on the stylish sundeck where you can really start to relax. POOL IS CLOSED DURING WINTER SEASON.
Another way to relax is in the sauna/ spa area, via advanced booking.

There is an outdoor 400m running track, an extra gym and an in- & outdoor children's playground.

As this is a new listing please note that few supplies are missing or limited at the moment:

Additional cleaning fee for 3 or more people will be charged extra!

The wash machine & dryer is located in the laundry room and can be booked for an additional price that will be charged per use via your credit/ debit card.
Construction work alert - during the week there might be early construction work noise. The noise comes from accross the street. Please be aware before booking.
