I have travelled extensively and can confidently say that I have never encountered such poor accommodation. The facilities provided were not fit for use. The bed, towels, bedsheets, duvet, couch, and pillows were all in an unacceptable condition old, worn, unpleasant in appearance, and emitting a very bad odor.
Furthermore, prior to my arrival, it appears the heating and hot water had been turned off remotely, and all the windows were left wide open. As a result, the apartment was freezing cold and highly uncomfortable upon entry.
I was also unable to contact the property owner to report or resolve these issues, which added to the frustration.
Additionally, the images presented on the booking platform are a clear misrepresentation of the actual condition of the apartment. The reality does not match what was advertised, which I consider misleading and deceptive.
Overall, my two-day stay was an awful experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the condition of the property and the lack of support from the owner.
I request that this matter be taken seriously and investigated. I would also appreciate a response regarding appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
