Your penthouse offers complete privacy and luxurious comfort spread over two floors, featuring three double bedrooms that sleep a total of six people in American-style queen-size beds, a designer kitchen, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as plenty of natural light and air conditioning throughout. You can enjoy warm days and nights on your 25-square-meter (approx. 270-square-foot) terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. <br><br>From the entryway on the first floor, doors lead to the master bedroom, both junior bedrooms, the bathroom with a double bathtub and a rain shower, and the separate toilet. The entryway also features a dedicated luggage storage area beneath the stairs. <br><br>The master bedroom, with its queen-size double bed, sleeps 2 people and also includes its own sitting area, a wardrobe, and a cupboard. The two junior bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed, also sleep two people; each room features a cupboard and hangers. There is also a foldable baby crib, which we will set up for you if needed. <br><br>Treat yourself to a soak in the double bathtub or a shower under the grand rain shower in the first-floor bathroom, which is also equipped with a washer-dryer combo, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels for all our guests. The toilet is separated from the bathroom within a single room. <br><br>In the storage room, you’ll find the laundry rack, the ironing board, and an electric iron.<br><br>The stairs from the entryway lead up to the second floor, where you’ll find the kitchen, the balcony, and the spacious living room with its adjoining dining area. <br><br>Your designer kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you need to prepare a perfect meal, including a gas cooktop, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a Nescafé coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster—along with all the necessary fine tableware. <br><br>Adjacent to the kitchen is the large terrace, surrounded by lavender plants, featuring a dining table that seats up to 6 people and a separate lounge area. There is an ashtray for smokers. <br><br>Walking back into the apartment and past the kitchen, you’ll find yourself in the shared living and dining room with its giant skylights, which provide plenty of natural light. To the right is an oak dining table that seats up to 10 people. <br>Your living room features a 55-inch Full HD flat-screen TV with Netflix access and around 50 local and international channels.<br><br>Of course, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the penthouse.<br><br>Your apartment is on the 4th and 5th floors of the building; the entrance is located on the 4th floor and is accessible via the elevator. <br><br>Street parking is available—you just need to find an empty spot, which is often right in front of the building or at most one or two blocks away. Please note, however, that the city of Vienna charges for street parking on weekdays. There is also a public parking garage about 350 meters away, open 24 hours a day. <br><br>Immediately after booking, you’ll receive our guest handbook, which explains everything you need to know—from local emergency phone numbers to how to operate the TV and local recommendations for restaurants and shops, as well as travel details to and from the airport, the train station, or by car, and how street parking works. <br><br>The entire apartment is yours. Your apartment is equipped with an electronic keypad for easy check-in and throughout your entire stay. That way, you’ll never have to worry about carrying your keys with you when you go out. You’ll receive your personal door code via email at the time of your booking.<br><br>Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
