Il paradiso si svolge ... Fiori profumati, frutti tropicali e acri di prato fanno da cornice a Villa Vista Linda. Il vialetto è fiancheggiato da arbusti di ibisco, buganvillea, oleandri, plumeria profumata e altre piante e alberi lussureggianti e tropicali. Abbondano il profumo delle gardenie e la bellezza delle orchidee. Sei arrivato a Vista Linda.

Situata a Pilon, nella Vieques centro-occidentale, questa tenuta privata recintata offre una vista spettacolare sulla costa meridionale dell'isola verso il Mar dei Caraibi. Ne vale la pena il nome ... Vista Linda! (Bella vista).

Goditi un'esperienza di vacanza privata e tranquilla in uno stile di elegante eleganza tropicale. All'interno della proprietà di sei acri è la Villa propria. Il piano superiore ospita le principali aree abitative con i suoi soffitti alti 20 piedi e le fresche brezze oceaniche. Avventurati nella veranda e goditi la splendida vista. Cene festive per un massimo di 12 persone possono essere organizzate sul lungo tavolo da pranzo in campagna francese. E in seguito, accomodatevi per un drink o un caffè dopo cena in una delle accoglienti aree salotto.

Il livello inferiore o Terraza offre più possibilità. Luminose, aperte e ariose, le colonne ad arco e la filigrana di ferro lasciano passare fresche brezze per una vera vita all'aperto. Rilassati con un drink al Coqui Cabana Bar o goditi il pranzo o una cena al tramonto all'interno di Terraza o Poolside.

Il gioiello della corona della tenuta è la splendida piscina con le sue spettacolari vedute libere ed estese della costa meridionale tra cui il Monte. Pirata - la vetta più alta dell'isola.

A parte la villa e adiacente alla terrazza e alla piscina si trova la Casita, un'affascinante casetta con il proprio soggiorno, cucina / sala da pranzo e bagno splendidamente arredato.

Tra i posti letto disponibili ci sono la camera da letto principale e 3 camere nella Villa e una suite privata nella Casita.

La spaziosa camera da letto principale della villa combina una sensazione di lusso con un senso di tropici. Alte porte in legno di teak riccamente rifinite e mobili in legno antico si aggiungono all'effetto. La brezza marina rinfrescante può essere goduta in ogni stagione e gli ospiti possono dormire nel comfort dell'aria condizionata se lo si desidera.

Una vasca rotonda da 7 piedi è il fulcro del bagno principale, perfetto per il bagnoschiuma per eccellenza! Mentre ti distendi lì rilassato, puoi guardare attraverso la parete di finestre a feritoie di vetro la lussureggiante foresta verde oltre. Sono inoltre presenti doppi lavandini, una doccia in vetro in piedi e un bidet.

La Villa dispone di altre tre camere da letto oltre alla camera matrimoniale. Due camere da letto sono all'estremità opposta della villa attraverso la grande sala. La prima offre un letto matrimoniale e la seconda ha due letti full size. Ogni camera ha un ampio spazio armadio e insieme le stanze condividono un bagno grande e ben arredato. La terza camera da letto si trova al primo piano della Villa e ha un letto matrimoniale, ingresso indipendente e bagno privato.

La camera da letto Casita presenta un letto matrimoniale e un bagno ben arredato. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno che può ospitare comodamente un adulto o due bambini.

Vista Linda è la scelta perfetta per la tua vacanza ai Caraibi, un tranquillo rifugio per le vacanze, riunioni di famiglia o un incontro speciale di amici.

Great stay!

The property was beautiful and much more spacious than the photos showed. We loved the open air areas in the upper level. The breezes through there were amazing!We also enjoyed the pool in the evenings after long days at the beaches. A wonderful way to cap off our day.Had an A/C glitch, but our property manager was on top of it and had the A/C people there promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Amazing Home and Property on Vieques

This home is gorgeous with a fantastic pool. there were six of us but there was enough room for 6 more. The property had bountiful fruit trees scattered about. roosters crowed at the break of dawn, and the sounds of vieques filled the home in the early hours. sunrise was incredible. we spent more time at the property than we normally would have, just because it was so fun. it has everything you could need. We loved our stay and will be back.

Beautiful views and property

The view from the veranda is magnificent. The house is very nice and spacious. We had three couples and had more space than we needed. Loved the pool, the open concept. Enjoyed seeing the horses and walking the grounds. The marble floors by the shower and after coming in from the pool (while lovely) are treacherous. So much old-world charm. We really enjoyed it. But do be prepared for insects, lizards and mice in the house. Even so, a truly one of a kind experience.

Nice and relaxing

Had a nice time. House was nice with plenty of room, awesome pool and grounds. Great food everywhere we went, unique adventures, nice beaches and all of the locals were friendly. Weather cooperated and drives on the island were nice and scenic. Owner and house manager very responsive. Thanks again for the adventure!

Great home for family vacation!

We loved our stay at Villa Vista Linda! The house was very large, and the pool / outdoor area was amazing. The pool was larger than many hotel pools and had a deep end - kids LOVED it!! The view from the pool deck was incredible - with a view down to Sun Bay on the east and the sunset on the west. When we were home, we spent most of our time in the pool and in the cabana area downstairs. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home. Beach chairs, coolers, noodles and pool toys were also provided. Although there is no air conditioning in the main living area and kitchen, the bedrooms each had their own unit. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. The house's location was perfect, we felt close to Esperanza, Isabel, the south shore and north shore beaches. Karen, the property manager, was great. We exchanged texts several days during our stay. She was quick to answer and very helpful. Next time we are in Vieques with our kids, we will certainly try to stay here!

Paradise!

Staying at Villa Vista Linda was absolutely incredible. As soon as we entered the gated property we were blown away. The grounds, the pool, the view, the house, everything far exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms each had AC units which kept them quite comfortable. The main living space upstairs got pretty hot during the day, however this was not an issue for us. It's an island in the middle of the summer, so it should be expected, I only mention it so you are prepared. The downstairs living areas were very comfortable in the heat of the day so if we were home that is where we hung out (or in the pool). The space by the sun bay mural was an absolute favorite for relaxing. Many times during the stay we took a blanket under a tree and took in the beautiful grounds. Karen, the property manager was fantastic. She met us at the home and showed us around, and checked on us multiple times a week via text to see if we needed anything. The pool guy was also awesome. He kept it in perfect condition and was so kind when he was there. This place was truly magnificent, it was a dream vacation. I hope to come back and stay here again next year!!

Loved our vacation at Vista Linda

Overall we had a fabulous stay. I loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise while listening to the birds. We loved the house and the property. It’s a large home, that is very open with very large doorways. It is hard to explain but you almost feel as if you are outdoors while in the home. The upstairs patio is the length of the home. There are screened doors, so that you can keep the house open when there is a nice breeze. Obviously, it gets warm there, but each room as it’s own AC. There is not an AC in the main area, so be conscious of that. We were also unable to keep the living room fans on without the lights on because they are on the same dimmer switch. I was traveling with four kids. Mostly teens, but one four year old. Their phones worked well on the property for the downtime before bed. Unfortunately, the internet in the house wasn’t consistent, so we were not able to watch tv in the main living room. We tried to use the DVD player, but it was broken. Had I noticed earlier in the day, I would have reached out, but it wasn’t critical. There was just one night where there weather wasn’t great and my young daughter wasn’t tired, so a family movie would have been perfect for her. I’m still leaving 5 stars, because it wasn’t critical. The pool was great and the teens were constantly entertained between the pool, pool table and property. We ventured out every day exploring the island, so there wasn’t a ton of time that we were at the house when we weren’t tired. I loved the location because it is somewhat in the middle of the island. We went to several places every day and it was very convenient. There was a beautiful view from the pool deck and I just loved the home. The only downside is we wished we had planned for more time! We can’t wait to come back for a visit. The only thing I would do different is coordinate our vieques air link flight with our San Juan flight a little closer together because we had a lot of waiting time in between. I also read there is a flight directly from the San Juan airport. There is some snorkel gear on the property; which is a plus, but we didn’t see it before buying some. I would definitely pack some of our own next time. I would also go to the large grocery store the first day, because places have limited hours. If traveling with young ones, I recommend bringing some entertainment for downtime. We bought some paint and painted coconuts on the lawn. Love Vieques!

Feel like royalty- only more relaxed!

We had a great time at Villa Vista Linda. The property is HUGE and the house is gorgeous. We were four folks, but easily could have accommodated many more. It's in a nice location near Esperanza and the Tin Box, but very peaceful. The pool is lovely for late night soaks. NOTE: When you rent the house, you get exclusive access to the entire property. There won't be anyone staying at the guesthouse. It is very private, peaceful, and luxurious. I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time in Vieques and the house was fantastic. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and well appointed. The property manager, Karen was very accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. The one issue we had with the hot water was attended to immediately and resolved. Karen took care of all our needs professionally and promptly and the owners should be thrilled to have her represent them. We will be back with an even larger group as the house is very spacious and affords plenty of privacy for individual couples. Great experience!!!

Great place for family and peace and quiet

My family stayed here as a pre-wedding getaway. There were a total of 5 adults and one baby. The house is extremely spacious where we never felt on top of each other. The in-ground pool, pool table and grill gave us opportunities to spend time enjoying each other at the house. The house was furnished beautifully and comfortably. The only reason we did not give the house 5 stars was because there were several items not in working condition.(I.e.1 bedroom aircondition, living room fans, electrical outlets, lights, and the grill ran out of gas in the middle of cooking dinner and the promised replacement was never delivered). We did let the house manager know right away but there weren’t any fixes during our stay. However, the house owner reach out very quickly after checkout to apologize and it was very appreciated. They are continuing to work on those things to get them in order. Other than that, we loved the house and the island!

Amazing but BIG property

Just had an amazing time with our family at Vista Linda exactly before Hurricane Irma went over Vieques. Although we had to cut short our vacation in order to return to the main island of Puerto Rico we can only have praise for the property caretaker Yadira. She made us feel at home and went beyond her duty to help us out. The property as such is excellent. My only qualm with it was it is so big that at times you feel disconnected from the rest of the group (we had to call each other on our cells at times!!) The only problem encountered was the air conditioner in the pool house "casita" was not working and the property owner refused to have it changed (thanks God Yadira helped us with a fan from her own home). Also note that the main living quarters are in the second floor; if any of your guests have mobility issues going up and down stairs may be difficult. My nephews and sons enjoyed the pool immensely. All the beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The gardens and fruit trees were beautifully maintained. Overall a great choice for a large group.

This home was amazing! The property is huge and filled with all sorts of fruit trees. We definitely picked a few coconuts, mangoes, and guineps. The pool was perfection. Honestly, we probably spent more time in the pool than our beds. We also barbecued on the grill and all the utensils you could possibly need are provided. The home was simply perfect with amazing views of Vieques and the ocean. We had more than enough space for 3 couples. Honestly, this home could probably fit 10 or more people comfortably. The pictures do this home no justice. I highly recommend to anyone visiting in Vieques.

Wow! What a week in paradise!

The Vista Linda was amazing from the location on the island to the view from the entire villa.From the time that we were greeted after our arrival to the moment we had to leave we enjoyed the entire stay.The villa is spacious for a group of our size.The pool was large ,clean and refreshing.The kitchen a perfect place to cook a meal with room to spare.We even found a pot to cook our fresh,huge local lobster.I appreciated Karen who is so hard working and quick to help out and answer questions.We would go back in a heart beat.Thanks for the memories!

Amazing!

The house was amazing. Everything was as described. I would highly recommend this home to vacationers. Karen, the house manager, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would return and stay without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

Incredible house!

Myself and 6 friends absolutely loved Vista Linda. The house is huge, has loads of character and has everything you could ever ask for. Karen was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed, including accompanying us to a local supermarket. The house is located in the heart of some of the best parts of the island. The pool was so perfect, as was the pool table! Absolutely faultless, could not recommend more.
