“客室も広く、滞在しやすい空間でした。プールも目の前で子どもを安心して遊ばせることができ、本当に良かったです。グランドワールドにも歩いていくことができ、食事やマッサージ、買い物にも困りません。ホテルの前にはコンビニもあり、滞在中何度も利用しました。グランドワールド内には両替、ランドリーなどなんでもありました。欲しいものがすぐに手に入るよいホテルでした。また行きたいです。”

“We never got to checked in with the hotel for the 3 weeks we stayed in Ho Chi Minh City. The whole thing was a scam. I have called Expedia several times asking for help, and nobody has been able to help us. Thank goodness for my cousin who got us a place to stay, because I can’t afford to pay another hotel. I’m very disappointed with Expedia staff. That was ours first time booking a vacation through Expedia, the flights were excellent but hotel are terrible never again we want to put ourselves...

“Honestly very disappointed with this apartment stay. When we arrived, no one answered the phone at all, which left us stranded outside trying to figure out how to check in. After traveling, the last thing you want is stress and uncertainty like that. Communication is extremely important in hospitality, and unfortunately this experience fell short. The apartment itself may be fine, but the lack of responsiveness really affected our first impression and overall experience.”

“The service inconvenience…no answer ….no solve issues….no return for this landmark 81….no responsibility what there are…not goods for stay…no come back…one star ⭐️ at all…landmark 81 make person go never come back….the service is bads…no paper towel…no toilet paper…no shower towels…the building is dirty..”

“房間雖然舊了點，但維持的很好！房間超級大，這次選擇別墅型的房型，三間房間都非常大而且有自己的衛浴設備，超方便！度假村很大需要接駁車，接駁車也很快很多，早餐也好吃。”
