“A very nice hotel in a great location and close walking distance to casinos, restaurants, and the beach. Very secure and private. As pictured, the patio seating area was relaxing, and the room is spacious. Will definitely stay here again.”

“We have stayed a few times at the Scarlet Pearl. Property clean, most staff are nice. My only complaint is the check in to use the elevators to get to your room. You have to show your driver's license every time, even when they just saw you 5 minutes ago. If they can't remember your face 5 minutes ago, maybe they should not be checking you in.”

“Our room had not been dusted and was a little dirty. The water in the toilet and shower was yellow. The pool was very cloudy and kind of gross. I felt itchy when I got out. The tv did not work and the front desk lady hung up on me when I was trying to figure out how to get it working . I would not recommend this place.”

“Our bathroom sliding door was broken upon arrival. They did come fix it. The toliet wouldn't flush.”

“Booked double queen. The beds aren’t queens. They’re the size of a full size bed so we slept very uncomfortably all weekend. The website also stated that 5&under doesn’t need a bracelet. Not true. Front desk required it. Expedia said I wouldn’t need to pay for early check-in, not true, I was charged. The waits at Margaritaville Cafe for dinner was insane and we were also forgotten about.”

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed”

“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were...
