“I got no rest what so ever at this place, loud music and people talking till almost 3am the whole building makes noise maybe being old but the pipes in the building creek. Its cool place to visit, but wont ever spend 150.00 on a night that wouldn't allow me to sleep in peace.”

“Breakfast very good. Staff all were great.
During our four night stay there was a maintenance problem night 1 which was taken care of the next day. Night 3 the room cleaning was not done until after our return to motel. We were gone the entire day. Night 4 no cleaning was done at all.the”

“We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.”

“Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable.”

“Clean room, receptionists were amazing! However, we had a little argument with one the valet men. We got in around 3pm, we dropped our vehicle for valet. When we wanted to leave, he asked us if we clicked the link this and that? Which my husband mentioned he did not explain but he kept insisting he did. He kept saying “I already told you.. I told you” like 3x. Ok like we get it.. if you told us then sure, our fault for not clicking the link. But don’t keep saying it, once is enough and the tone...

“The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! ”
