“I don't know where this hotel got 5 star rating, no employees to be found, no one a the bar's, no help or service at the pool or beach, It looks like a ghost hotel you only see the valet parking and two in reception that's it. The room has the shower and toilet exposed to it no wall, no enclosement, the desk area was like a cafetiria wall table. this is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The only thing worth it was the ocean and beach view maybe that gave them the "5 star rating" 2-3...

“Beautiful boutique hotel. Really big room with high ceilings and wonderful bathroom. The staff are very helpful and responsive (WhatsApp). Parking a few minutes. A short walk to Dali Museum. The breakfast was a good deal too. Lots of choice. Nice sitting areas inside or in open courtyard.”

“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”

“Nuestra experiencia resultó espectacular! Atención inmejorable pues el personal es bien atento. Habitación amplia con todas las “conveniencias” limpia y pulcra. Mantenimiento al tope! El desayuno exquisito, con detalles propios de la zona como la torta de queso que resulta un premio al paladar. Alrededores de campiña rural con jardinería de clase. Realmente un paraíso!”
