“The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.”

Mehrere gemütliche Sitzgruppen sind vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war exzellent: Bei kleineren Problemen (z.B. ging einmal der Sonnenschirm im Wind kaputt) wurde sofort reagiert. Der Strand Es-Trenc ist fussläufig erreichbar. “Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und sehr abgelegen, wir haben es genossen. Das Haus ist schön. Für schlechtes Wetter evtl. etwas klein und dunkel, aber wir haben die ganze Zeit auf der sehr schönen und ideal gelegenen Terrasse verbracht. Pool ist auch sehr schön, alles gepflegt und alles notwendige vorhanden.”

“Die Finca hielt was sie versprach, die Anlage war gepflegt und der Pool riesig. Neben dem Pool war vor allem das separate Speisehaus ein Highlight. Wir haben sieben wundervolle Tage in der Finca verbracht und noch nie solch nette Vermieter gehabt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort, wenn wir etwas benötigten.”

“Eine sehr schöne rustikale Finca mit tollem Pool direkt an der Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die Neueste, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil es zum Flair des Hauses passt.Wir haben täglich Billard und Kicker auf der Terrasse gespielt. In Llucmajor gibt es alles was man braucht und tolle Restaurants.”

“Wir waren mit fünf Leuten in der Finca und haben vor allem die ruhige Lage und die gleichzeitige Nähe zu Arta genossen. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Möblierung im Außenbereich sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist die spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche. Gerne immer wieder!”

“The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..”

“The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.”

“The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent.
