Un appartamento luminoso e arioso, con aria condizionata automatica, è esposto a sud, con vista sulla piscina, piscina per bambini e giardini paesaggistici. La grande sala principale / zona pranzo ha un divano a 2 posti e 3 posti (divano letto). Due porte finestre conducono ad una terrazza con tavolo e sedie. Le scale portano alla grande terrazza solarium sul tetto con lettini. A 200 metri dal famoso hotel 5 stelle Villa Sol e dalla Villa Sol Golf Clubhouse. A 5 minuti di macchina dal resort e dalla spiaggia di Quarteira ea 5 minuti in auto dal porto turistico e dalla spiaggia di Vilamoura. 3 minuti in auto per un parco acquatico e 5 minuti per go-kart in Almancil.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this first class apartment and complex. We have stayed at Vilasol before but not at this particular complex but will do so again. Terrace was a sun trap and we particularly enjoyed the very easy access to the pool. Owner's comms before the stay were comprehensive and friendly.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Communications with host was excellent. The roof top terrace was perfect for catching the sun from morning till night. No issues during our stay would definitely come back.

We stayed here from mid-February to the end of March to golf and explore nearby towns. The condo was clean, except for the dirty floors, which we immediately noticed on our socks. There was no dish soap or brush, shower soap, paper towels, or any kitchen staples (ie: salt) provided. Not sure if this is standard in Europe. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working when we checked-in. It took 10 days to be fixed and was a huge inconvenience. We were compensated 40 Euros cash and our planned mid-stay cleaning was free. The mid-stay clean was well done. The location is excellent, a short drive to numerous golf courses and a 20-minute walk to several restaurants. The outdoor living space has two patios, providing morning and afternoon sun and an umbrella for shade. The condo came with a gas BBQ which we used often. Near the end of our stay we ran out of gas and the owner replaced it. Two other issues impacted our stay. One, the hot water was inconsistent. This created an issue washing dishes and running the dishwasher with only cold water. Thankfully the shower had lots of hot water. Secondly, there were ants in the unit that we noticed as soon as we moved in. As an example, I left a used tissue on the night stand in the middle of the night and when we woke up it was covered with ants. Overall there were positives and negatives to the unit. The location and outdoor patios were perfect, however the negative aspects impact our overall rating of this listing.

My parents stayed with friends and the apartment is in a great location. The communal facilities are lovely and the pool isn’t too crowded. The apartment wasn’t as clean as we would have liked however after letting the owner know an additional clean was arranged. It’s got lovely sunny balconies and is a good base to explore.

Pontos positivos: bons espaços (quartos, sala, varanda, terraço), bem equipado, boa localização, agradável espaço exterior (junto à piscina), boa comunicação com o proprietário e boa comunicação com a assistência em Portugal. Pontos a menos positivos e/ou a melhorar: (i) necessidade de automóvel (acesso a supermercado, praia), (ii) devem referir que apartamento se situa no primeiro piso e acesso é apenas por escadas (para mim não foi um problema), (iii) algumas lâmpadas avariadas (fundidas) - deveriam ter mais cuidado na vistoria entre os alugueres.

A very comfortable apartment, located on the Vila Sol development and near the hotel and golf course. There’s a lovely view from the terrace over the pool which is only a few minutes walk. Lots of loungers available and the grounds are immaculate. It’s a short ride into Vilamoura and it’s easy to get taxis if you don’t have a car, although there are limited shops/ eating places within walking distance. A well equipped apartment with everything you need and the owner was very helpful with local knowledge and information for our stay

Having stayed in the area many times we knew the area with regard where shops etc were. I do think it would be helpful for a information folder to be provided along with a small welcome pack of water etc. We have normally had both of these at other private rented apartments.The apartment is of lovely size, very spacious but could do with a bit of TLC

A superb place to stay, all mod cons and comfy beds as well…Richard ( owner ) was very helpful and sent us lots of restaurants and places to visit, roof terrace was an added bonus to the balcony..highly recommend this place.

Villa is in a great location, short walk to small shop, cafe and restaurant/bars. Just under 10 minutes drive to beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. Pool area was well maintained, plenty of space. Villa and balcony were a great size for our family of 4, roof top terrace was a nice added extra. Very great full for the late check out as we had a later flight!

Comfortable bed, sofas and sun loungers and good pressure in the showers all tick the boxes. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and has a large fridge, the interior of the apartment is well laid out. The outdoor spaces are amazing, the lower terrace excellent for meals and the roof terrace perfect for following the sun (or shade) all day and a few quick steps has you at a well tended and clean residents pool. In May the area was quiet but everything was open and available. Richard is an excellent and attentive host and provided help when needed. I would recommend a car for this apartment, it has a secure underground parking space which is perfect. Will I be back, I hope so.

Check in was easy I had Richie’s number and his cleaner. The hot water went off and was fixed within 24 hours. Communication was brilliant the place had everything we needed the pool was lovely enough sunbeds for everyone areound the pools would definitely stay again thanks Richie hope to be back.

Utmärkt läge för golfare, tar ca 5 min att promenera till Vila Sols golfanläggning. Pol finns i området som man kan se från altanen. Kök och övriga ytor fullt utrustade med som man behöver för sin semestervistelse. Nära med bil till restauranger och mataffärer i Quarteria. Även nära till en fin strand som man tar sig med bil dit. Vill man ta sig till shoppingcenter så finns det ett ca 10 min bilfärd från lägenheten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera lägenheten för semestervistelse.
