Welcome to Ambleside!

This 3 bedroom suite, 3.5 bath log cabin with lake access is located in the development of Little Bavaria in Valle Crucis with acres of privacy and views of Grandfather Mountain.

Dog friendly(pet rent per pet), two wood-burning fireplaces and one gas fireplace, hot tub and firepit under the stars, air conditioned, game room with pool table, big screen TV, Wi-Fi, plenty of gated decks, fishing at the lake, three bedrooms with private bathrooms for each, and a half bath on the main level.

Main floor features the family room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, half bath and full kitchen including a farmhouse sink, toaster oven, microwave, dishwater, both a drip coffee and Keurig coffeemakers for your entertaining pleasure. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Upstairs is the loft and the master bedroom with king bed, gas log fireplace and private bath.

On the lower level is the game room with pool table, a second wood burning fireplace and BIG screen TV. Also on the lower level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. Ambleside has it all!!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots, or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- ALL of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish in the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home does have a steep gravel driveway. 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
