“Inmitten herrlicher Weinberge und in sehr ruhiger Lage liegt das Haus. Die sehr gepflegten Räumlichkeiten im Inneren sorgten gleich zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes für ein wohliges Gefühl. Dank der Klimaanlage fehlte es wirklich an nichts und wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles war tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten mit Pool war ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war perfekt. Das Haus kann zu 100% empfohlen werden.”

“Ampio appartamento con terrazzo, con due bagni e due cqamere, in zona tranquilla, con posto auto, fornito di tutto il necessario, in buona posizione a poca distanza da belle spiagge (5/15 min a piedi) , un po' fuori Umago, ma che si può andare velocemente in auto, nella frazione ci sono i servizi necessari (ristoranti e market)”

“The house in Dajla is really nicely decorated with all amenities available! The surroundings are also beautiful and the beach close by. There are several nice restaurants close by as well as a bakery and a small super market. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestions i would give is having an airconditioning available in the house. Because of the high temperatures (and not a lot of wind) the house was very hot and the ventilators were not enougt to cool...

“Liebevoll angelegter Garten; ausgesprochen aufmerksame, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Ferienwohnung und Terrasse liegen im Souterrain. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer. Guter Ausgangspunkt auch für Unternehmungen im Hinterland.”

“Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist in dieser Unterkunft bestens aufgehoben. Wer jedoch bisher nicht mit einem Gasherd gekocht hat, könnte Probleme bekommen.”

“Super schöne neue Villa.Sehr gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit,netter Vermieter.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der ständige,sehr laute Baulärm des Nachbarhauses gewesen.Wir kommen aber sehr gerne nochmal wieder.”

“Die Anlage besteht aus drei seperaten Wohneinheiten wodurch jede Familie ihren privaten Rückzugsort hatte. Der Innenhof/Garten ist schön gestaltet und wir haben viele tolle Abende dort verbracht. Es war das erste Ferienobjekt in dem Mal genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc vorhanden war. Es war auch sehr sauber.”

“Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Nous avions crevé et le propriétaire a trouvé un garagiste ayant 2 pneus en stock, par téléphone. Ne connaissant pas le croate, son aide nous a été précieuse Les 2 locations ont chacunes leur table et banc ou chaises de jardin. A l' étage, chambre avec grand lit d' excellente qualité et salle d'eau avec WC. Cuisine/séjour au rez- de- chaussée Endroit calme et reposant avec un grand espace pour stationner la voiture et une piscine”

“The house and the garden is very large, tidy, quiet, hygienic and lovely decorated. Normally we never visit the same place twice, but to Igor's house we come back. The kitchen is well prepared with many kitchen tools. Outside an open shelter for barbecue. The bowl with fruits, cold water and beer in the fridge at arrival was a great welcome after the long travel. Thanks Igor, for a wonderful week!”

“Un pays ou on se sent bien, un proprietaire tres accueillant, apportant des beignets, des crepes, des peches, proposant son vin, donnant de bons conseils. Une jolie maison ancienne dans un village perché dans la montagne mais à 15 minutes de l autoroute et des plages. Tres bon sejour.”

“Feeling to be at the end of the world, although the village on the top of the hill is very close to lively seaside towns that are 20 minutes drive away. Endless nature and long walks through the vineyards and the river in the valley. Ideal environment for pleasure, rest and movement in nature. For those who love listening to silence. Extremely careful and clean owner. Stylish, with a sense of detail comfortably renovated house. There's everything you need in the house.”
