“This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs. “Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

“Had an extraordinary stay for one week in late June. The house is beautiful and the outdoor landscaping, pool and view of the lake is breathtaking. Can’t say enough good things about our experience at the house and the town of Bellano. We did day trip hiking and also boating on the lake. Easy to visit other parts of the lake and always happy to return “home” to the peace and beauty of the house. We look forward to returning to this magical place!! ”

“We had an amazing holiday in villa louise, and enjoyed the stunning views !The villa had everything we needed for a great stay for all ages.The only slight downside for us was the location, there was a few lovely restaurants only a 10-15 minute walk away which was ok for us , however quite difficult for my nan as it was a very steep walk, taxis to menaggio were very difficult to come by and we only managed one trip to menaggio via taxi as it was 100 euros return for the 5 of us for a 9 minute...
