We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

“This was my first Vrbo booking and I am shocked at how wonderful this property was. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to every part of Champaign and Urbana. The house was clean, extremely spacious and full of extra amenities including a large extra dining/gathering area off the kitchen, an enclosed patio room and multiple streaming services on the tv's. “The house is beautifully redone. Love the tin ceiling accents and coffee options included. The laundry room with nice washer and dryer were super helpful on a family trip. Plenty of blankets, sheets, etc. also plenty of dishes to cook a family meal. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful. Would stay again.”

“Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. ”

“Hospitality and communication were great. Everything we needed was available. It was nice having family together and room to spread out a bit when not at the IHSA Ind. State Wrestling Championship. Comments were already made about hopefully returning next year. ”

“The owner was absolutely fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Pleasant and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house itself was very cool and very well appointed. Bedrooms or comfortable kitchen had everything you could need. Family friendly it seems that they thought of everything. Excellent location. Well fenced in the yard. Will definitely return.”
