Not advised by hotel or Expedia about building work. Our room was directly next to the site. No hot water in our room. Moved after 1 night to another hotel.

I ended up staying here twice in my trip. The staff are the best part of this place. They made sure I was comfortable, had great food and drinks and more. I stayed in the room 110 and 09. The room 110 has a smaller sized bed and the water doesn't get hot in the room. It was a little annoying some mornings hearing them drill right next to my door but overall the room looked like it was painted and renovated. The room 09 had a larger bed and was a better stay in regards to hot water and comfortability. Overall the property has a great view of Villa Beach so that's a plus

Our stay at the Paradise Beach Hotel in St. Vincent was wonderful. The location on the beachfront was beautiful with stunning views of the sea and the surroundings. Our room and the facilities were fresh and modern. We were exceptionally pleased with the welcome and the service provided by the management and supporting staff - there was nothing that was too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough for complementing our holiday and making it memorable. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service from the staff was lovely and made us laugh. The room was inviting and kept us cool on warm nights. We liked that the beach was right outside the hotel and the pool to hang out. We thought the food was good but could have been better for the price, the long time we had to wait before it arrived and part of the order missing. I give credit to the persons who made the rum punch as it was very nice. It would have been nice to have some evening and night life options at the hotel bar to attract/interest more guest to hang out and enjoy their time more.

We spent one night at the Paradise Inn before heading to Bequia. On arrival our rooms were upgrsded to rooms with a sea view, the views are stunning, right on pretty Villa beach over looking Young Island. We ate in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. Will definitely stsy at Paradise Inn again.

I liked very much the location within walking distance (few seconds) to the beach, The beach itself in that area was great with calm waters. The room was adequate and kept clean and hygenic by the management. The seating and layout facilities were very good, I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a pleasant and rewarding stay in SAG.

Great views, simple but very clean room. The restaurant was good and the beach can't get any closer. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had booked a room with kitchenette and ocean view. The lick did nit work and we took another room without kitchen. We did not get compensation for the difference in the room. We were told it was the same price and we had been upgraded. Hard to get breakfast before 8; Ended up going to Mariners hotel for breakfast

The property is very "DATED" albeit clean. The surrounding areas are well maintained. Very small property and this is because the property used to be a residence and has been converted into a small hotel. Rooms were clean but very dilapidated.

Wonderful room, needs better food service.
We went twice, and there can be a HUGE difference in rooms! Rm. 18 was GREAT: very spacious, comfy king bed, with a huge bathroom and big round stone shower. (Balcony too hot to use). Decent quiet AC, desk, chair, 2 befside tables, and couch, all very nice, just lovely room. Our only complaint/suggestion is PLEASE put some towel HOOKS near or even in shower (shower is huge). Towel rack is clear across room. When we came 2nd time, we were given rm. 14, just AWFUL, for not much less ($18). PAY THE $18! A/C had NO Freon, and the room is inside a stuffy corridor, so we were VERY hot all night. The tile floor had a soapy, sticky feel like not rinsed after cleaning, felt gross on bare feet. Room was very small and cramped. The bathroom was really bad, super tiny so you had to keep door open to use it (and to get air), and there was NOWHERE to put sundries, sink was so small. We begged for our old room the next day and the kind woman at the desk gave us our old rm back, wanted to kiss her feet. Yhey did lose a lot of our drink and food money, because the 1st breakfast we had was our last there; it was awful. Most of their chefs and bartenders are gone (Covid?); whatever employee was available filled in. We were served a tough frisbee-fritatta like thing with micro-ham for an omelette. The young girl making our first drinks had to look them up, and they came out strange. Real bartender was great, but only there once. We ate and drank mostly elsewhere. Too bad.

We had a great stay, staff was friendly. You wake up and can stroll over to their restaurant/bar and enjoy while overlooking the bay. This was a welcome break from the snow back home. Helped us get in touch with a local taxi man Swazo for local tours of island. Dive shop, and tour planning on site. I would stay here again!

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in SVG. The accommodation is outdated and totally overpriced. I will never stay there nor would I recommend it.

It was a pleasant stay for the most part. I had to use the facilities for mandatory quarantine. The room wasn't as clean as one would expect, but it was bearable. I was charged for room service of the room next door. I didn't realize this until I had left the property. It was a mistake that should not have happened. Front desk staff could be more accommodating. I stood there and waited for about 35 minutes while the attendant was on what sounded like a personal call. The room service was fast, servers were respectful, and on time. Calls to the kitchen were also answered with respect.

I was supposed to have a kitchen but there was no kitchen in the room. I had to fight with them just to get a microwave, The air conditioning was pretty much non existent. The unit barely blew out cold air. Also the property next door held parties from 8am to 4am with extremely loud music so I got no sleep. When I complained to management, I was told that they could ask them to turn down the music but that's all they could do. My stay here was horrible to say the least.

So sorry that your experience was not a positive one, we never have a complaint of rooms not being clean, and bugs are usually never a problem, but we are in the Caribbean and they can sometimes slip in after cleaning. We would have been happy to deal with any complaints you may have had if we knew of the issue. We would en-devour to triple check in the future, thanks for your feedback.

Stayed in old building side with no ocean view. No hot water on check in, was fixed. Nice enough bathroom. Hard bed, small pillows and no extra pillows. Lovely view of water from rear patio deck bar and dining area. Noisy, above bed a/c unit with rather bright light at night. Not conducive to walking. Bombarded with cruise ship passengers two or three days a week. We had them there on a Saturday. Not sure of other days.

My stay here was very enjoyable. It’s right on the beach plus they just installed a pool a week old. The restaurant on site price reasonable good food lobster cheap compared to where I’m from. There also a restaurant up the street if you want more local food cooked “chill spot” you can take the local bus. Tv up today. Staff help. Overall I enjoyed my stay
