We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. A suggestion would be to add some herbs or herbal oil to the steam to offer a more pleasant and beneficial experience. I also used the swimming pool. Another suggestion, please heat the pool. Given that most of the clientele seemed to be over 60 years old, a heated pool would have been more welcoming. The only negative for me was the food. It was abundant both at the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet but the quality of some of the basics could be much better: the orange juice came from an Andreos machine but it didn’t taste as nice as the juice we had from a smaller hotel with the same machine. The baguettes weren’t so great. Coffee was OK. In the room, it would have been nice to have had fresh paper cups in the bathroom every day or at least when it was obvious that they had been used and thrown out.
