“Historic hotel that is in a great location. It is older, as expected, so don't expect a lot of high end touches. Overall we loved it and would go back.”

“The staff was excellent and the main hotel was clean and well kept. The first night was the worst experience I have ever had since I have been staying in hotels. Building 2 and 3 are gross. The rooms smell, the bed was sinking, music bellow the rooms till 10:30pm Those 2 buildings should closed by health department,totally unacceptable. No cable, no coffee only in the main lobby. The hotel has 3 building. Please please DO NOT STAY in buildings 2 nor 3.”

“While the room and property was nice enough changing $300 a night for a room where you can’t control the thermostat, a tv with minimal channels and no way to adjust the volume, a coffee pot with nowhere but the floor to plug it in, and a bed that sags terribly bad is a bit much. I took my wife here for Mothers Day and ended up leaving a day early due to the freezing cold room (it appeared there was one thermostat for all of the rooms), the pool was cloudy due to some sort of imbalance, and the...

“Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared with care to individual needs and tastes. Rooms were spotless, cared for daily. Common rooms accommodated our group nicely. I cant say enough positive comments about the inn, our hosts, the food or the service. Also convenient to walk almost everywhere downtown. Close to pickleball courts.”

“Breakfast was great. We had spiders in our room. We did ask for them to spray. Staff was very good. The room was very comfortable and the view of the lake was Amazing. Did enjoy that there was a separate sitting room with a tv. Very good. ”

“The property was okay. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was fine, check-in was easy. There were a lot of small oversights that could’ve been fixed to elevate the room/stay. For example, the first body towel I used had a tear in it along with 2 hairs (not ours) attached to it, there were scuff marks all over the walls and mirrors that could’ve been touched with paint and the clock in our room was off by a few hours.”
