When we arrived, the person checking us in immediately complained that we had booked through a third-party platform. He repeatedly emphasized that the hotel would receive only approximately $400 even though we had paid around $550 for the three nights. That was completely irrelevant to us as paying guests. “We booked 3 rooms. Lock was not working in one of the rooms. We had to put our luggage infront of the door. Iron was missing in a room. Overall the experience was terrible. We won’t recommend this place.”
