“This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the family suite and it was basically a 2-bedroom apartment! The beds were comfortable, the area is very safe and within a 3 minute walk to the metro. Having a washer was an added bonus. I did not know I was getting a 2-bedroom apartment when I booked and it was perfect for my family of 3 so my son could get a full night of sleep every day without a lot of noise from us like in a regular hotel room. We would stay there again!”

"La colazione, a pagamento, è piuttosto cara rispetto al prezzo medio del cibo che si trova in Corea, quindi non l’abbiamo provata, lo stesso addetto alla reception ci ha sottolineato che era cara e conveniva rivolgersi ai bar nella zona"

"Hotel in buona posizione, appena fuori un’uscita della metropolitana, colazione varia ed abbondante, ma camera piccolissima con il letto che dista dalla parete frontale circa 20 cm: per chi dorme dal lato finestra per scendere dal letto deve saltare la persona accanto oppure strusciare di lato rasente muro inclinando la schiena perché il televisore occupa la metà dello spazio superiore libero.
Le amenities in camera sono ridotte al minimo, c’è solo shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma in doccia e un mini sapone sul lavandino.
La pulizia in camera è su richiesta ma a pagamento per quella approfondita, solo quella base è gratuita oppure dopo 3 notti puoi richiedere gratuitamente una pulizia approfondita.
La palestra presente è un po’ piccola e dispone solo di 1 cyclette, 1 Tapis roulant, un’altra macchina e un paio di pesi.
La colazione è scarsa nel reparto dolce perché non è tipico in Corea la colazione con cappuccino, croissant e marmellate, ma sul reparto salato è varia ed abbondante, consiglio vivamente di aggiungerla al soggiorno!
Nel complesso l’hotel è valido, ma tornassi a Seoul preferirei un hotel in posizione Mugyodong o Jongno, più centrali rispetto ai palazzi, ai musei e alle aree commerciali di Myeongdong."

I reached the hotel, in the absence of any information given to me before my arrival even though I had requested it, on the hillside with the reception on the fourth floor and the rooms located on the fifth and over. The executive rooms are stuffy. Although by far more expensive than the standards they have no view but and internal one which makes them unbelievable unwelcoming. It seems just like staying in prison, in total absence of direct light, always in the dark and with the curtains closed so as not to be caught by whoever is in front of you walking around in your underwear. The executive rooms are small: a queen-size bed with a small sofa next to it, a kitchenette without any utensils (!), a table, a no-window bathroom with damps on the ceiling, a handwashing basin instead of a sink (I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub!), mould and rust on taps and walls, sparse and old furnishing. Not properly cleaned."
