“Too many stairs and no elevators:( my daughter has MS and I have a bad back we had to leave:(we didn't get the rooms ee asked for. They made us pay for the night we stayed and my daughter barely made it up and down the stairs. Beds were so hard:( the boat view was nice and the hut restaurant/bar but that was all. ”

“I booked a room with a roll in shower yet the hotel knew at the time that the appropriate room was already booked and never told me. Manager (3/18 a.m.) at the front desk rather impolitely said we our franchise and not responsible for what Marriott corporate does. Other front desk staff were very nice and try to be accommodating.”
