Ville a Villanueva del Rosario

“We’ve had a wonderful week at Villa Amarilla. It’s very spacious, and extremely well set up for our young children (1 and 5) - loads of toys, shaded play area, play kitchen, good cot with sheets, spare nappies, safety gates on the stairs, locked gate to the pool… honestly the list goes on and on. They go above and beyond and it made the stay enjoyable for us all. The amenities with the outside kitchen, bar, all the seating areas etc were amazing and the view was incredible. We’d love to go back....

“Lovely villa, exactly what we were looking for. You do need a car if staying here as it is up a track but worth the trip and only 20/25 mins to centre of Malaga. Could have been done with a welcome manual explaining how some things worked and where to take the rubbish etc. we didn’t see anyone as we checked in late so perhaps that would have been shown had we been earlier. Our host replied very quickly to any messages when we were there. ”

“We loved the stay for the kitchen there is enough equipment only lights outside are missing but we bought some and so it was okay!The road is also good to drive but I would prefer a high car. And the view you get for the drive is amazing”

“Very nice house, furnished to a high spec. with everything you need, beds extremely comfortable. Good wifi connection, nice pool - great views. Drivers be warned, this house is at the top of a very winding paved track (not a proper road) with a number of hairpin bends, and for the last few hundred metres the road is unpaved - you will need your rally driving skills and good tyres to grip the stones and rocks on the road. On more than one occasion we parked among the olive trees a few hundred...

“A group of 4 adults, this was our third time staying at Casa Alex. Communication for the booking was great. The villa and views are as amazing as ever, especially as The Lake was as full as we have seen it in a very long time. We ticked The Alhambra (Granada) and a tour of the Malaga Bullring off of our bucket list. Many thanks to Colin for always being there when needed and for being very responsive. We are hoping to be again in 2026. ”
