In the heart of the Corbier resort (1550 m altitude), 5 km above the village of Villarembert, we offer this charming flat for rent with mountain views and at the foot of the slopes. Located on the 16th floor of the VANGUARD building (with lifts), this 22 m² flat can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 4 people. Building wifi and resort wifi available, we're waiting for you!

The flat comprises
- A 22 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette, including hob, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue maker, pancake maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric mixer, hand blender...
- A sleeping area separated by a partition with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room with shower, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine.

Outside:
- A balcony with panoramic views, south-facing and very sunny, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area:
- A shared, heated outdoor swimming pool with relaxation area (sauna, hammam and jacuzzi).
Access to the pool is subject to a charge: €6.80 for adults; €4.80 for children (free for children under 5). Rates are non-contractual and subject to change for the resort).

All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, playground, etc. are nearby. The snow front with the tourist office is just 150 metres away on foot, and the snow garden is at the bottom of the building. Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation.

Activities :
- Come and discover the Sybelles ski area made up of 6 resorts (St jean d'Arves, St Sorlin d'Arves, La Toussuire, les Bottières, Saint Colomban, le Corbier) and 310 km of pistes.
- The resort offers a multitude of activities: heated swimming pool with lifeguard, sauna, steam room, downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- The resort has had the "Famille plus" label since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- The building is located at the foot of the slopes and a stone's throw from the chairlifts.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the bottom of the residence (Parking P3). The car can remain parked throughout your stay. A petrol station and electric recharging point are available 100 metres from the building.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Free shuttle buses between the various stations
- Nearest train station: Saint jean de Maurienne (16 km)
- Nearest airport: Lyon Saint Exupéry (170 km)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
