“The apartment is large and comfortable for 4 persons. Outside option to sit in the sun or in the shadows. Swimming pool just up the hill, but nice small rivers for swimming in the area are there as well. Genoa and the coast is easy accessible by car via the highway. The small town Lerma is very quiet, but has everything you need (small groceries, coffee, restaurants). Big supermarket is located at highway ramp. “Sehr schönes Haus mit großen Räumen die wir zu zweit gar nicht richtig nutzen konnten, dazu ein schönes sehr großes Grundstück mit ebenso schönem und großen Pool. Das Grundstück ist ideal für Hunde da komplett eingezäunt. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar und dazu erhielten wir noch großzügige Willkommenspräsente in Form von lokalem Wein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier!”

Due to construction of a new railway across the street and noise from two other railways, the noise is carried up to the house. This means that we had noise 24/7 and that made it difficult sleep. Gavi is the only interesting town near by.”

“3 Sterne sind schon sehr großzügig, nachdem auf dem Tietelbild des Inserates ein netter Pool zu sehen ist und genau dieser Pool der Grund für die Buchung war. Der Pool war geschlossen, scheinbar schon länger. Die Anzeige somit mindestens mal irreführend - kein guter Stil. Die Unterkunft war etwas heruntergekommen, Außentreppe sporig, Markisse sporig, Terrakotta-Fließen fleckig. Die Anlage war insgesamt nicht sehr gepflegt. Immerhin war es wirklich sehr ruhig und landschaftlich schön.”
