Goditi il completo relax, i meravigliosi tramonti e le passeggiate sulla baia con la tua famiglia e il tuo cane in questa bellissima casa al mare completamente rinnovata per gli animali domestici con 3 camere da letto. Bellissimo spazio abitativo a concetto aperto con cucina completamente nuova di zecca moderna, 3 camere da letto, 1. 5 bagni, schermato nella veranda, cortile completamente recintato e parcheggio fuori strada, oltre a molto altro ancora. Situato a soli 2 isolati dalla baia del Delaware in questo tranquillo quartiere familiare. Le spiagge e la zona commerciale di Cape May distano solo 10 minuti in auto e le spiagge Wildwood e Boardwalk sono circa 15 minuti. Sali in bici fino al Cape May Ferry e osserva i Ferries decollare o osserva il delfino locale che salta fuori dall'acqua. Goditi i ristoranti locali o resta a casa e cucina sulla nuova griglia a gas, siediti nel cortile o resta dentro e goditi la TV a schermo piatto!

La casa ha una camera da letto principale con un letto king size e TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e una terza camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. Verrà fornita la biancheria e c'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario! Piatti, pentole, bicchieri, posate, utensili, tostapane, caffettiera, frullatore, apriscatole, ecc. Splendidi controsoffitti al quarzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

Ogni oncia di questa casa è appena stata completamente rinnovata e ha tutti i nuovissimi arredi, aria centrale e riscaldamento a gas. Il cortile è completamente recintato e c'è vialetto di dimensioni standard. Presto da installare doccia esterna. Il patio ha un bel tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. La parte anteriore ha un portico schermato che sarà completamente arredato come una bella area salotto.

Questa location può essere goduta tutto l'anno! Che tu stia godendo la spiaggia e il clima estivo o che preferisca la bassa stagione, c'è sempre qualcosa da fare, anche se è solo una rilassante passeggiata sulla baia. La zona di Cape May vanta cantine, negozi, visite turistiche e alcuni dei migliori ristoranti del New Jersey!

Saranno forniti quattro tag spiaggia per le spiagge di Cape May. (I minori di 13 anni non hanno bisogno dei tag spiaggia). La spiaggia della baia è gratuita.

A charming house in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the beach/bay. The house was clean, recently remodeled, and very comfortable. We enjoyed it and will be back next year!

Teenagers and the dog love this property!

Amazing location a block from the bay. Quiet area, all families in surrounding homes. Beautiful home with lovely details such as board games and beach themed decor and beach tags. Would highly recommend!

A great place!

We loved our stay in Villas and Christine's house was perfect. A really nice location only a short walk to the bayside beach:). Our host had great communication and check in/check out was smooth. Beds were very comfy and house has all the amenities. Fenced in yard was really nice for the doggies and also to just hang out and lounge. Beach passes to Cape May was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend

We came down to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We had a blast. House was clean and comfortable - very peaceful neighborhood. We had our dogs with us - they loved the fenced in yard. And it was close to the beach and great restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect

This is our 4th stay in Cape May. We've stayed in other houses but this one felt like home. Absolutely as advertised We had missed taking out the the trash and let the owner know. By the next day, Mr. Knight was there to take care of it. Very nice gentleman, too. We have a reacue who really doesnt like confined space and this home had a nice amount of room for him inside. He loved the fenced in yard and the screened in porch! The neighborhood is very nice and family friendly. We look forward to booking again next year.

Bathroom needs exhaust fan and tub floor is slippery , and would be an immense improvement with a large walk-in stall shower for safety. Other than that very comfortable amenities. Nice rental property !

Quiet bayside cottage

This was our 4th time staying and it is always a great time. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable! A short walk to the bay and a short drive to Cape May and The Wildwoods.

Great place to unwind

The very nice house is an easy stroll to the beach , has a nice backyard for grilling and dinner along with an open floor plan for movies & games. Great for families looking to limit driving and traffic and enjoy sun and sand.

A week's perfect bay getaway

This was the perfect little house and backyard for our family and dog. It was conveniently a block from the bay to walk down with the kids and dog to see the sunset or walk along the beach. Not overally too far from Wildwood and Cape May. The house had provided linens and towels along with beach chairs and umbrella which was a wonderful addition. All that stuff takes up room in the car so the fact we didn't have to bring it was a major plus. House has been very nicely updated and was a very comfortable stay. Any issues or questions we had the owner was very prompt in responding or answering my phone call. We will definitely want to stay again in the future!

Great location!

The property was clean upon arrival. We stayed in the Villas area the past 4 years and this was our favorite house so far. The outside shower with warm water was a game changer with young kiddos so easy to clean off. The bay was a short walk away and pleasantly empty. The horseshoe crabs are usually very populated when we go, but there were not many at all this time and we were able to easily avoid them. We enjoyed walking our dog on the bay beach in the mornings and evenings (before 11 and after 4). The neighborhood was quiet besides some kids playing. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and young kids. The screened in patio was a nice addition too for a place to relax that was bug free. The beds are on the softer side which we prefer. My only complaint would be the water pressure of the shower, for someone with sensitive skin like myself it was actually too high. Besides enjoying the home and bay we headed to Cape May beach, Washington square, Storybook Land, and the Cape May zoo. Having the beach tags, chairs, and towels provided was great. The owner recommend the pizza from the Red Brick. We got 2 of the speciality pizzas and they were delicious. She also recommend a Mexican restaurant and their food was delicious is as well. We also ate at the beach shack in Cape May another night. It had mediocre food but the vibe was wonderful with live music, outside seating in the sand which kept the kids occupied and yummy cocktails. Highly recommend this property!
