Una casa sulla spiaggia con 3 camere da letto e bagno, recentemente rinnovata, situata a Villas, nel New Jersey, a solo un salto da Cape May e un salto verso i Wildwoods !! A soli 107 passi dalle spiagge per cani di Delaware Bay. La nostra spiaggia di bayside ospita i tramonti più belli da vedere nel New Jersey! Completamente attrezzato e ben arredato, questo rifugio offre tutti i comfort e le comodità di casa: 2 TV a schermo piatto, WiFi, lavatrice-asciugatrice, ampio cortile recintato con doccia esterna, terrazza enorme, zona pranzo all'aperto con nuovi tavolo / sedie in teak e ombrelloni , aria condizionata centralizzata, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto e molto altro. La casa si trova a soli 10 minuti a nord di Cape May e le spiagge di Wildwood in un quartiere tranquillo, perfetto per famiglie, coppie e, naturalmente, i tuoi cuccioli!

Comfortable home in a great location

My husband, dog and I stayed here for the 2nd year in a row because of how much we enjoy the home. The location is within close proximity to restaurants, activities and the beach. The house is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need. Our dog especially loved the basket of dog toys.

Charming Cottage

We enjoy the bay beach for its quiet, dog friendly vibes, so staying at this clean, charming cottage 5 houses from the beach was perfect. It’s clear the owners care about their home and are thoughtful hosts. Everything from the decor to the little touches makes you feel at home.

September trip

Two couples and 1 dog found this place convenient to beach that post-Labor day allows dogs. Home well- equipped, great back deck for people and yard for dog. It was great to have the extra 1/2 bath.

Perfect place to stay

This is the second time our family (2 teenagers and a dog) has stayed at this house because we love it so much. It's perfect for our needs; good size, clean, fenced in backyard, close to the Villas beach/Flecks/Wawa, and has all the amenities you need. Owners are incredibly responsive and friendly. Thanks so much! We'll see you again in 2026!

Very nice!

Very clean and well taken care of home. We all really liked the big couch in the living room. Loved being able to walk up to the beach on the bay. It took about 25 minutes to drive to wildwood and to Cape May. The ice cream shop down the street was amazing!

Cute quaint cottage

The house was cute and clean and although it is pet friendly, there were absolutely no signs pets stay there, which is amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated. The construction in the neighborhood was a minor inconvenience since it blocked the beach access on our street a few days. Being on the bay side we found it to be quite "buggy" on the beach....but that is nature! We loved that Fleck's ice cream shop was in walking distance of the house and we visited there multiple times throughout the week! Overall a good stay! Thanks so much!

Nice location

Water pressure was low. Living room tv worked 4 days then quit, I called but no response from owner. Picnic table had bird poop all over it. The front screen door kept swinging and banging, we tried to keep it shut but it wouldn't. The ice maker had problems. For the positive, the home had everything you could need, including cleaning, laundry and bathing supplies.

A great place to stay

A very nice cottage, in a quiet neighborhood. Neat and clean, and nicely decorated. Everything that a person on vacation could possibly need was provided. The owner responded quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this property and this owner.

What a great property with the perfect location

The property was located in the perfect area. It was short walk to the bay and a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other necessities. The house was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We saw many friendly people out for walks and bike rides. The fenced in backyard was perfect for letting out dog play. We really enjoyed the property!

2nd time staying at this property & it was everything i expected. The only problem was that they had changed the tv system the week prior to my arrival & the new smart tv had very limited access & only one broadcast tv station available. If you're into apps & streaming I guess you would enjoy it but I did not. As much as I like this property I don't think i would rent it again with the tv system as it is

Very peaceful cottage near bay

Very happy with our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed walking after hours to bay to walk dogs. Located a close drive to Cape May historical area, Wildwood, and other attractions. Very family oriented environment that felt safe and at night was quiet. The yard was a great big size and private. Really enjoyed our time there.

Great Place

It was a great home a block from the Delaware Bay beach. It was a friendly neighborhood and close to many things in Cape May and the surrounding area. The homeowner was very quick to respond to questions or messages. The house itself was nice and clean. It helped us to have a great vacation.

Our stay in the Villas.

A nice place but never a good impression when you cant check in until 4:30PM because the property manager is still " cleaning." She also set up a dog bed even though we don't have one. Dog hair, however found throughout the premises. Called both her and her daughter for Wifi info 1st day there and neither ever called back. Front door glass was full of smudges. We pointed this out and she " my daughter does this " ...and left!

A lovely week

Had a very nice stay. The house had all we needed, and the closeness to the beach allowed us to enjoy many walks and sunsets with our family and dogs. The fenced in yard meant we could rest inside while the pups lolled in the shade grass. My 14 year old Lucy dog is still smiling from her vacation!

Fun, peaceful off-season getaway.

Convenient to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and close by the peaceful beach of Delaware Bay with its sunsets. A great place to spend a few days with our pups. Clean, comfortable and great Host.

Better than expected!

We loved this property, it was perfect for a family of 4 and our small dog. So cozy, cleaned, perfect location with plenty of games for the kids and the bicycles were a hit with our teenager boys. Definitely recommend and we are definitely will be renting again.
