Coastal Cowgirl Cottage, By Bay, close to Cape May

This Cottage is a close drive to Cape May and Wildwood beaches, just two blocks from the Delaware Bay Beach to enjoy the best sunsets! Walk to happy hour down the street or one of the many diners for breakfast. The backyard is a wonderful oasis with a large patio, fire pit, outdoor games, and dining area + BBQ grill. Watch a movie under the stars outside with our smart projector or enjoy the sunroom in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee.
The space
The Cottage has been newly renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms, along with outdoor space. The Cottage shares a side lot with the Barn owners. The Cottage has its own front yard and back yard divided by a semi privacy wall. Parking for the cottage is by the street and a total of two spaces provided.
We provide all linens, beach/bath towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas included. Shampoo, conditioner, soap included. The home gets decorated for the holidays such as fall, and Christmas, there is a hot chocolate bar (October-March).

Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need for cooking along with basic spices, cooking oil, coffee, and sugar. There is an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and French press.

Bedroom 1- offers a full size bed, and plenty of shelves for storage

Bedroom 2- offers a queen size bed, closet and shelves

Bedroom 3- offers a twin over full bunk, and shelves perfect for little ones

Outdoor Space:
Large patio with dining table, outdoor sofas, shade sail, umbrella and fire pit. Charcoal BBQ grill available during your stay (we stock charcoal once a month but not guaranteed to be provided during your stay). Fire wood is stacked out back and the filled basket left for you is available to use during your stay.
Smart projector for movie nights outside is available during your stay.

Bikes:
2 adult simple bikes are available for the stay, bike rack in rear of property.

Beach Gear:
4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie board, beach cart are available. Beach towels and sunscreen provided.

Pets: We are dog friendly at additional rate of $100 for the first dog and $50 for the second, with a max of 2 dogs. Any damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. We provide doggie waste bags so please clean up after your pet. The side yard is shared and not completely fenced in, so your dog must be leashed at all times. Pets should not be left at the property unattended.

Other things to note
Please be sure to leash your pet outside as yard is not fully fenced in. There may be a point in your stay where owners work on maintaining the outdoor plants or tend to the garden in the side yard.

Barn and shed are off limits.
