Casa arredata nel 2017 !!! Situato a circa 100 scalini / mezzo isolato dalla baia di Delaware. Alla ricerca di una spiaggia meno affollata, perfetta per passeggiate tranquille e rilassanti, splendidi tramonti e tonnellate di attività nelle vicinanze? Bay è perfetto per la nautica, il kayak, il paddle boarding e la canoa. Nuovi mobili e materassi molto confortevoli! Se ti piace una casa pulita, arredata di recente e tranquilla, questo è il posto giusto per te!

Interni: Questo 3000 piedi quadrati, a 3 piani casa bayside dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, soggiorno con vista sulla baia, nuovissima cucina completamente attrezzata, un soppalco e grande sala ricreativa (1000 piedi quadrati) per ulteriore spazio di intrattenimento . Sala ricreativa al primo piano comprende un tavolo da ping pong, biliardino, tavolo da biliardo e partita di basket sparatutto per 2 persone con un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Il secondo piano dispone di 2 camere da letto della regina, soggiorno e grande cucina abitabile con posti a sedere per un massimo di 11 ospiti. Il terzo piano vanta una grande camera da letto principale con letto king size e balcone con vista sulla baia, e la quarta camera da letto contiene 2 letti a castello con 4 materassi singoli. Anche al terzo piano è un soppalco con un divano letto doppio con rotelle. La casa può ospitare 12 persone. Nuovi mobili, materassi, biancheria da letto e elettrodomestici in tutto! La cucina è nuova di zecca con un tavolo da pranzo e un set di sedie che si espande per ospitare fino a 8 persone e poltrone da banco per 3 persone. Lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni complete al primo piano. La casa dispone di 2 televisori intelligenti con funzionalità Amazon e NETFLIX in salotto e soppalco, e cavo e un sistema audio surround per l'area di intrattenimento del soggiorno. La casa dispone di WIFI ad alta velocità gratuito.

Esterno: La casa ha una piattaforma avvolgente di 500 piedi quadrati per splendide viste sulla baia e tramonti, completa di posti a sedere all'aperto per 16 con panchine / tavoli convertibili e una griglia propano a 4 fuochi. Strada privata privata per il parcheggio fuori strada di 2 o 3 auto. Cortile posteriore considerevole perfetto per eventi all'aperto, incontri o sport.

La nostra struttura è perfetta per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Tutti i piccoli mobili hanno cinghie anti-ribaltamento. Abbiamo seggiolone, pacco e gioco e rotaie del letto per i letti dei bambini. Abbiamo un carro e un passeggino singolo perfetti per i viaggi allo zoo! La casa ha anche sedie da utilizzare in spiaggia e giochi da spiaggia per bambini. Quando siamo lì, i bambini di età più piccola si rilassano nel loft del terzo piano, giocando o guardando Netflix. Adulti e bambini grandi possono rilassarsi al secondo piano o nella sala giochi al primo piano.

A wonderful property for families! Plenty of games and toys. The house is well stocked. The bay beach is a very short walk. Cape May beaches and Rio Grande a short drive. Don't overlook Fleck's for ice cream, which is only a half mile away.

We were 7 women who graduated high school more than 50 years ago and everyone loved this rental. The home was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The home is very close to the beach. Our stay was the week before Memorial Day and the weather was chilly, so there was no swimming in the bay for us. But sunsets on the beach are gorgeous. And we happened to be there during prime horseshoe crab mating season, which was fascinating. 3 women braved the pool, which hadn’t warmed up yet. The house is a short ride to Cape May and Stone Harbor. Communication with the owner was very good. It should be noted that the stairs to the upper levels are steep. But even my friends with knee and hip replacements were able to tackle them at a slower pace.

We try to get away every year in April. The 6 of us had a great time here. The short walk to the bay beach was great. 15 minute drive to Cape May shopping. The house has everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Sunset Serenity was wonderful. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and kind. There was so much to do for the small children and yet plenty of space for the adults to take a break. The location near the beach was perfect and we were very comfortable in the neighborhood. Since we were there in off season, we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. The kitchen had almost everything we would need. I would suggest, since the paper goods are there but not guaranteed, you bring things that you use all the time. The only thing we needed to get was storage bags and containers to store things in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this property and we will hopefully have the opportunity to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had many amenities to keep the kids entertained. There was so much to do in the area with just a short drive and the bay was in walking distance. We enjoyed some of the local beaches and the free zoo. A great place for a family getaway! Thank you!!!

There were some minor issues & the owner was very responsive. The beach is nearby, less than a block, but unfortunately it was littered with dead horseshoe crabs, both in the sand & water making the beach unusable. We had to travel about 20 minutes to other beaches. There was a pool on the property, but there were some issues with it & wasn’t always usable. The weather was perfect, we managed to dodge 2 major storms on each end of our week😊

The house was lovely and as described. We are a family of 8, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit (water was nice and warm as the pool is in a perfect location to take advantage of the afternoon sunshine), and we all enjoyed the game room with pool and ping pong tables. Sleeping spaces were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only "complaint" was the lack of chairs outside on the decks. I understand it can get windy, but we have stayed in other beach houses before with sturdy outdoor furniture. There were two huge picnic tables on the side deck, so we could eat outside, but it would have been nice to sit on the third floor balcony and enjoy the view of the bay. But that is a minor thing. The house was amazing! We also enjoyed the very quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds of Cape May itself. We did not feel the bay beach was a good swimming beach, but we took morning and evening walks along the beach as the house is literally about 1 minute from the beach path. It was a short drive to Cape May or North Cape May beaches for a day on the beach. We thought the location was great. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Property was as described and in very good condition. The rec room downstairs is great for kids of all ages (and a great spot to unload vehicles). Walking to the bay for the sunsets was a particular treat! There was one matter that needed attention on day 3 and it was resolved within an hour. That is worth noting "in this day and age." The hosts provided a list of great places to visit and it helped in the planning of our trip.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home is a nice size, comfortable, with plenty of amenities. It is within close driving distance to Cape May, Wildwood and Ocean City.

I travel globally and have never had a more pleasant experience then our hosts offered at their incredible location in the Villas. Leading up to our stay communication was fantastic on questions we had as we were traveling with three children under five years old. During our stay a couple questions came up, each were answered quickly and accurately. We found the Cape May beaches more suitable for swimming and playing, etc. We enjoyed walking with three minutes to the Delaware bay beach to watch the sunset. Stop clicking book this stage you will not be disappointed.

This was my first experience booking through Vrbo. It was also the first time my whole family would be under the same roof for a full week. The house exceed our expectations. The rooms were spacious. The house had something for everyone. There was an abundance of supplies available.We spend most of the time enjoying the area especially Poverty Beach and Cape May. The zoo was enjoyed by the adults as well as the kids. The rail bike was a big hit. I will mention that the bay was not what I expected due to the horseshoe crab issue but with that being said we did take many walks at the bay and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We encountered an issue with the pool but Deepak responded immediately and had a serviceman within the hour. I would not hesitate to book again.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, and cozy. Loved having all the extra blankets. Well stocked with towels and basic supplies. We liked how close we were to the bay, but didn't use that beach because it was full of horseshoe crabs. We mostly drove at least 15 min to the ocean beaches. Beach tags were much appreciated. You have to pay for pkg there but once you setup the app, it's easy and totally worth it. Lots of restaurants and shopping and great ice cream in town. We did not make use of the above ground pool at the house. Unfortunately, it looked its best our last day there.

Deepak is a great owner. Very prompt, friendly, and communicative. The house is very well equipped for a family stay. We had a great time celebrating my dad's 90th birthday. Everything was very clean and the house has everything you need. I have never visited the bay side on NJ before and it's a different world in a good way. Way quieter and has a great community feel. Lots of attractions close by. The one thing that is worth noting if you plan on visiting during May June timeframe is that is horsehoe crab spawning season so the beach really can't be used in the traditional sense. That said, it's super interesting learning about the crabs and the migratory birds. We would 100% stay here again.

We spent the week exploring the Jersey Shore while staying in a quiet neighborhood setting. Our host was very attentive and answered questions immediately. She quickly replaced the drill with a new model when notified of its issue. A very short walk to the beach where horseshoe crabs were up close and personal. Location was literally no more than 10 minutes to attractions or beaches through the Cape May area. The house was so spacious for our group of 9. The kids enjoyed all the games. Plenty of space for everyone and having the pool open was a plus. Thank you to Deepak and Derek for their hospitality.
