  • THE HOUSE:

    This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout. This is a 2 story home where the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the main floor, and another two bedrooms, sunroom and bathroom are upstairs on the top floor. Please note a full set of stairs is required to access the front door. The ground level is an inaccessible garage. The living room has an oversized sectional and a floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen and dining room have a coffee and wine bar.



    There is a panoramic sun porch, a fence yard, an outdoor shower, gas grill, dining area, a screened porch with a TV and lounge set.



    Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.





    LOCATION:

    The house is situated directly on the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing cotton candy sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.



    Enjoy the beach with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along the bay and waterfront sidewalks down to the ferry. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

    Close by a grocery store, coffee shops, wineries, distilleries, mini golf, ice-cream, multiple restaurant options, and the ferry.



    Just minutes away from Victorian Cape May city center, restaurants and dining. Close to Beach Plum Farm, Cape May Zoo, Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Convention Center, Wildwood Boardwalk, hiking trails, and award winning Wineries and Breweries in every direction!

This house was a dream vacation spot for my family and me to stay at. It was the perfect location with quick access to the beach and pool for the children. The place was immaculately clean. Sleeping in the beds was like sleeping on clouds—so comfortable and dreamy! The drawers were clearly labeled, so we knew where things were and where they belonged.Most importantly, the hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or concerns.This is the third home we have rented from this host, and we will do it again in a heartbeat

we stayed at the village house with a family of 9 had plenty of room we loved waking up to the sunrise and being right on the beach the house had everything we wanted and more!!!! Heather was extremely helpful and prompt at getting back to us I would highly recommend this house my grandkids loved being right at the beach and the boat bed was super fun for them we were able to see fireworks right from the deck which made it easy after being in the sun all day loved the screened in porch a very relaxing stay all of the family enjoyed!! thank you heather for sharing your home with us and being so accommodating

We had a wonderful five day stay at Heather and Andrew’s beautiful home. The view of the bay from the kitchen, dining, living and outside areas is stunning. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. A welcome basket was waiting for us and was just what was needed after a long drive. We walked the beach everyday, had coffee every morning on the huge deck, and spent afternoon and evenings on the porch playing games and reading. We chose this place for its location on the quieter bay side with beautiful sunsets and it didn’t disappoint! It was an easy drive to the birding places we visited and the restaurants and shopping in Cape May. Heather and Andrew were the perfect hosts and their love for this home shines through every detail. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place is an absolute dream—if you love amazing sunsets and total relaxation, this bayfront house completely nails it.

We absolutely loved our stay! This stunning 4-bedroom bayfront vacation home offers truly beautiful sunset views and world-class coastal luxury, making it an unforgettable escape. Its located directly on the calm waters of the bay with amazing water views from nearly every room! Our family had front row seats to world famous sunsets We sat outside every night watching the sunsets. You don't even have to leave the couch to see the sky turn crazy shades of orange and pink every single night. We sat on the front deck every morning with our coffee too The huge windows let in a ton of natural light, making the whole open living room feel massive. Fully stocked kitchen and large bedrooms. Impeccably clean. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that feels wonderfully private yet remains close to local dining and shops. This is by far our favorite vacation rental ever. We will be back!
