“The location is truly unbeatable, right where we needed to be, with very easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, which we really appreciated.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well-located and pleasant place to stay!”

“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“The apartment is very centrally located, near metro and stations for major attractions. Washing machine was very useful and heavy curtains blocked out the strong sun. Would not recommend for the summer time. Super warm in the apartment, no aircon, only 2 small fans and the apartment is at the top floor where all the heat concentrated. Towels are very old and threadbare. Dishes placed haphazardly. No shampoo, bath soap for guests. Top BnB or VRBO apartments all have these extras.”

“We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un weekend in famiglia (4 persone) e la posizione è davvero strategica: vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Congressi e a pochi passi dalle fermate di metro, bus e RER. La zona è molto tranquilla, sicura e servita benissimo da negozi e ristoranti di ogni tipo, dal francese al fast food.L'appartamento, seppur piccolo, è estremamente funzionale e ben organizzato. È ideale per una coppia o per chi viaggia per lavoro; in quattro gli spazi sono un po'...

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor...

“Bel soggiorno, quartiere ben posizionato e ben servito dai mezzi, tranquillo perché lella location della casa fuori dal nugolo di turisti che ad agosto sono moltissimi! Accolte dalla signora delle pulizie gentilissima che ha fatto le veci del padrone di casa; supermarket bio con alternative vegane in zona; ci si sposta sia con metro sia con bus, che sono frequenti entrambe e funzionano bene; quasi tutti parlano inglese quindi abbastanza facile comunicare; se siete vegani non è la ‘città...
