“The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

We attempted to communicate with the host via text, email and through vrbo to ask if we could drop our luggage off arly. “We visited family who live on MV but needed to find our own accommodations this time. This was perfect for the three of us and our dog. It was nice to have a little extra than a hotel would have given us at a reasonable price point. It would be an awesome spot during the summer months - wow! Perfect location. No need to even have a car!”
