“Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...

“This property is right across the beach area, less than 5 minutes walk. There are several restaurants and grocery store & convenient store nearby. The agent for this property is very good, we had a problem check in at another property we reserved and rebook this property at the last minute, the agent allow us to do early check-in.”

“I did not check in this hotel, as i tried cancelling the booking on the same day i book. Only had a look at the lobby and lift area. No other comments.”

“The hotel provided us with what we needed. Its proximity to the surrounding streets for dining options, shopping and the night market was great. Breakfast options were great providing the choices of western and Asian style food. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful. ”
