“For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

“I really wish I would have been able to stay longer than just one night. The owners are super sweet and wants to chat etc. So it is a very social place to stay, there are some small restaurants etc close by. As they are renovating it might be a bit noisy at times but for me I didn't mind. Would definitely recommend coming here!”

“All was going well on arrival. Showed flight details for the following day Free inc Airport transfer but following day guy on desk said I had to pay and said he’d ordered. He stated I had said I would sort out my own the previous day. I did not! Seems like a scam when I had already discussed the day before. I ordered my own Grab. Only booked this hotel as I free transfer to airport without any supposed hassle! Poor service.”

“Room was not clean, bathroom was NOT clean, after a 1 minute shower drain was blocked and bathroom flooded. Call up reception she looked at it didn’t try to fix the problem or give us another room to shower. ”
