Non c'è proprio modo di descrivere adeguatamente l'ambientazione di questa nuova casa. Il suono della cascata che ti dona serenità sui ponti su un lato è un vantaggio per la vista sul lago dal patio sul retro e sul ponte. Perfetto per riunioni di famiglia, questa casa ha più zone notte tra cui un nido di corvo con accesso scala che i bambini più grandi adoreranno. Waterfall Serenade si trova in una comunità gated lakefront.
La comunità vanta una piscina con sala di visione riscaldata e climatizzata e ruscelli e stagni interni che i più giovani amano pescare. Questa è una comunità orientata alla famiglia con viste pacifiche. L'inverno è anche un ottimo momento per sperimentare la comunità per godersi il caminetto all'aperto e / o i caminetti situati sui livelli principale e inferiore della Serenade. Questa bella casa e comunità supererà le tue aspettative.

Location. Location. Location.This home is truly special, offering a serene waterfall and pond literally right next to it and it feels as if they are all yours. The main patio and interior are incredibly spacious, perfect for enjoying the views and making lasting priceless memories.
Perfect table for playing games with the entire family and friends.

3rd time staying in this house and we all absolutely love everything about it!! I would definitely encourage that you and your family try it out! Great location, fishing for the kids in your yard, and right by the dam for the adult fishing!

Nice home and location. Beware of host. She will find random miscellaneous things to charge you for. We were charged for things we didn’t even know existed. And as a fellow host— I was very disappointed. Do better. Tenant beware.

We all had a great time, the house was super spacious and clean! It had all we needed to relax and enjoy it with the family, the girls had a great time in the pool. For us that we love to cook all the meals, the kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed the grill, fire pit and the lake view. It was beautiful seen the sunrise from the master bedroom. We will definitely come back !

This house was not only beautiful, but clean and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Serene, quiet and calming would be a great description. Also, the layout was perfect and the sleeping arrangements were private and plentiful. Would highly recommended staying at this house.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It had a wonderful view of Grand lake, plenty of room for the 15 family members who stayed. The kids were able to have plenty of room to play games, dance freeze, charades, etc. we all enjoyed hanging out at the ponds and easy access to the dock and pontoon boat. There were a couple small hiccups, but nothing that hindered our family from having a great time! Communication with our host was within reasonable time and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a family weekend getaway at this gorgeous lake house with the perfect view of Grand lake. There was plenty of room for our family of 15. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again next year.

The property was a little difficult to find due to there not being any clear numbers on the house but it was beautiful and comfortable. The host was very nice and put a Christmas tree up for us which was an amazing addition. The house is just as picturesque as it in the photos!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!!!

When we arrived, the cleaning crew hadn’t come by the house which set me into a panic but the home owner couldn’t have been any nicer and quickly got the crew to come by the house. We were refunded the cleaning fee. I hope to stay again, it was the perfect home for our young professionals retreat. Very spacious home.

We had guests from 4 different states traveling in to stay at this property and all 4 families absolutely loved it. Everything from the great views, great deck, and beautiful house to the popular pond fishing and swimming pool for the kids. Could not have asked for anything more on this trip. Highly recommend.

This house is amazing! The basement bedroom with walk out porch is what dreams are made of! I wanted to stay forever the view of the lake was stunning, and I went in a few other houses they are all very close is privacy is non existany outside. But this house has the most privacy of all of them
