“Friendly, attentive staff; comfortable and clean room (I just wish in-room coffee was a better quality: it's drinkable but...).. However, this isn't a criticism of this hotel; it seems to be true for nearly ALL hotels (including some pretty pricey, "higher end" hotels). Nicely equipped with microwave and minifridge; the TV remote and TV were easy to operate, plenty of hot water for the walk in shower; my floor was very quiet (there seemed to be plenty of people staying there for a Monday...

“It rained while I stayed and water flooded are carpet, I ask for a adjustment on bill and they told me to ask Expedia, how about it?”

“Stay was fine. Room was clean, staff was helpful. The only issue I had was the walls are so thin, I could hear the normal level conversation that was happening in the room next to me. Also made it difficult to sleep because of all the noise throughout the night with doors shutting and regular hallway conversation.”

“TV stations were very limited, either that or I don't know how to operate the remote control. Would have been nice to have some sort of instruction booklet.”

“Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”
