You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 60 m² house and a private 120 m² courtyard.

🏠 You have full and private access to the 60 m² house, which includes:

🛋️ A comfortable living room with a sofa, coffee table, large dining table, fan, board games, and a smart TV

🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen: oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, and tableware

🛏️ A master bedroom with a double bed (bed linen included), vanity, walk-in closet, a TV and a fan

🛏️ A second bedroom with two single beds (bed linen included), a TV and a fan

🚿 A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels included) and toilet

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
Both bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the Burgundian countryside.
The staircase is fitted with a safety gate for children.

-Free public parking spaces are also available in the street.

-🏍️ Motorbike: you can park and shelter your motorbike under the entrance porch or in the house courtyard.

You can check in completely independently and at any time after 4:00 PM with the instructions that will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.
