“Everything was fine so I was happy to spend the night, but the pool was not functioning (closed for repairs or maintenance) and this is something you never find out until you get there. If you have expectant kids in tow, it would be a HUGE disappointment, enough to make me switch, for this trip, it was okay. ”

“It started with waiting at reception for someone to assist in finding out reservation. Once the gentleman gave us our room key we walked into the hallway and it wreaked off cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room the floors were sticky the towels and wash clothes were stained like they were previously used to clean mud off something and it wouldn't wash out.
