Holiday home facing the Viñuela Reservoir, 5 km from Los Romanes - La Viñuela, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

The ideal setting to disconnect from the bustle of everyday life characterises this lovely holiday home, whose cherry on the pie is the splendid panorama of the Reservoir and the surrounding mountains. You will enjoy the tranquillity of the environment while making the most of the vistas and the comforts provided in the house.

The house is spread over one floor and has a light-filled living room with a gas fireplace and comfortable sofas, and it provides access to the poolside terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also features a dining table.

Three double bedrooms complete the house's layout. The master bedroom welcomes a king-size bed and an ensuite with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and share a second bathroom with a bathtub.

The three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, you will find several corners that let you kick back and enjoy the stunning lake and mountain views. Among them, don't miss out on the glazed veranda and the magnificent covered terrace that features a dining table, refrigerator and a barbecue.

Next to the terrace, there is also a ping-pong table and the gorgeous private pool, which also a whirlpool area on one side, ideal for a relaxing dip.

The pool is heated from November to April, available at an extra cost. The maximum water temperature reaches 28ºC, always depending on the outside temperature.

Access to the house is via a 400-metre dirt lane.
