Clos Ceres manor house, in the heart of the vineyards, for up to 11 people

Hello, I'm Elodie, and I'm delighted to offer you the entire rental of our guest house, Clos Ceres, a majestic early 19th-century residence in Viré, in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation on the Burgundy wine route.

Half of the building is available as a self-catering cottage, approximately 450 square meters. This independent section, entirely dedicated to guests, can accommodate up to 11 people in its four elegant bedrooms and spacious, refined living areas.

This characterful residence combines old-world charm with modern comfort.

The living areas include a large billiard room with a fireplace, a relaxation lounge with a piano, another large living room, a spacious and inviting dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a gym.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. Three are air-conditioned. The fourth has a fan.

Each bedroom has a double bed. One of the bedrooms can be converted into two single beds.
Three additional single beds can be added to accommodate up to 11 people.

Outside, enjoy our exceptional 5000m² park with its majestic trees, the heated swimming pool (open during the warmer months), and the garden furniture for relaxing or al fresco dining. You will also find a pétanque court and a basketball hoop.

The cottage is completely separate from our private quarters, guaranteeing you perfect privacy and total freedom during your stay. Only the park is shared with us.
The pool area is reserved exclusively for your use.

Strategically located between Mâcon and Tournus, just 1 hour from Lyon and Beaune, our property is the ideal starting point to explore the riches of Burgundy: wine routes, historical sites (Cluny, Tournus, Brancion, etc.), water sports on the Saône, hiking in the Mâconnais, and local gastronomy.
