“Check in was a great experience, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and fresh, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate could have had a bit more variety of proteins.
The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM.”

“The hotel looks really nice, the pools are great and the surroundings are perfect. It is located in a perfect place, easy to reach and really close to Zion NP. However, holding a Hilton brand, I was hoping for something more from the rooms, which are really small and narrow (with an open suitcase is impossible to walk around).”

“We booked the room months in advance through Expedia and when we got there they downgraded our room because they said they had sold out the king with sofabed rooms, which is what we had booked 3 months earlier. Very disappointed. Also, the property is small for the number of people they hist. Breakfast was packed and the pool was as well. It was a great view. But honestly, everywhere in Springdale will have a great view. I would not stay here again because of their business practices. I...
