The room was dirty upon arrival, the bathroom had hair all over the place, in the shower, on the floor, in the sink. When I opened the fridge there was more hair....The floors had not been swept in what looked like a while and the wifi did not work the whole time I was there. I was very disappointed with this stay.

The price was very good for it being literally across the street from the beach/boardwalk. The hotel staff were very nice, check in was a breeze when we got there. The pool didnt seem too inviting and we never seen anyone in there..but your at the beach so we hadnt planned to use the pool anyway lol. The room wasnt terrible, especially considering the price but it could have been cleaned better. We could see the dirt/sand on the floor when we first got there. The bathroom however was cleaned good, the beds were clean also. Its not like crack head central there either so that was a big plus! Id stay again

Great price but I guess u get what u pay for. I get there to check-in, that went great but they put me in the wrong room. Went back to the office he didn’t give me no hassle giving what I reserved but the room was not like the pic on the app there was no full size refrigerator and the fan for cooking didn’t work so I had the give food away. The floor was nasty and the bathroom. The bed only had two pillows when there should be four per bed had to spend money on more pillows. I will never go back even if they gave me a free night. it wasn’t worth taking photos

First of all I will never come back to this establishment. First as soon as we walk in the room there was a moldy smell to it. We had to go to the dollar store and buy many cleaning supplies to make the room smell better. Second in the shower the tub fills with water way to quickly because it sinks in the middle to the water just stays there. Plus there’s mold. The pool hours are just dumb 11 am to 8 pm not even 12 hours. The management there will accuse you and walk in your room if they THINK you are stealing some pillows from them. The “manager “ walk in our room while we were taking everything else and demand to show her 4 pillows. Never did we even use them , we always carry our own and blankets. She then proceed to walk out the room when I sarcastically was counting the pillows for her. She didnt approach us nicely either. She was in OUR room with out kids. Nobody wants 20-30 year old dirty pillows and to accuse of stealing them. Management needs to do better and show them how to handle situations if they want to confront customers and not walk in the room automatically accusing us of stealing dirty pillows.

Un lugar muy sucio la puerta del baño destruida el baño sucio y lleno de hongo negro el piso sucio los espejos sucios la cosina sucia no lo recomiendo para el precio no vale la pena muy decepcionada de ese lugar

The room was dirty! Everything was broken. No latch on the door to lock it in the night time. Frame on the door was broken. Dresser drawers were broken. Hair dryer was broken. Blankets on the bed dirty and with holes. Bathroom towels were disgusting. Wanted to cancel and leave but unfortunately there were no vacant hotels near by/around.

When we arrived into our room there was hair in the bathtub and up near the shower head. The on/off handle for the water looked as if it would fall off. The window in the bathroom had black mold growing around it and our bed sheets had 2 blood stains.

Possibly worst hotel on Virginia beach. Very dirty rooms, poorly maintained , paint peeling from walls and floors worn out. There were no towels or soap in the room. Finally towels were provided , but no soap. Management is not helpful. Hotel is a health hazard.

We checked into our hotel this past Friday, June 30th. Upon arriving to the hotel, the outside looked dirty and the parking lot was empty. We got our room key which was left underneath the hotel welcome mat and went up to our room. The room had a terrible mold smell, the walls were dirty, floors felt and looked like they had never even been swept and then we checked the mattresses. The sheets were clearly molded, the mattress looked like it had previous blood stains on it and it was just nasty. I immediately went to the front desk and demanded a refund with photo proof where they argued with me for 30 minutes on why I wasn’t going to get a refund. Long story short, I ended up getting my money back and we went to a different hotel and got a room for the remainder of our stay.

Luckily we only stayed 1 night. Parking was tight. The young lady at check-in was nice and helpful. Then we got to our room. It had a "kitchenette" with no light, the microwave had not been cleaned in weeks(at least the fridge was working). One of the beds sheets had what looked liked rust stains on it. Of course we sprayed them with Microban and let it sit for a couple of hours. The bathroom sink faucet was spraying everywhere if you turned it on too high. The ceiling over the tub/shower had bubbles where water had build up. Then someone poked holes to let the water out, but didn't repair the holes. At least we had hot water. There was a washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, trash in the can in the kitchenette and a Coca-Cola bottle top under the bed by the nightstand. At least the A.C. worked. All in all, I guess this is what we get for making last minute bookings. This was our 1st & LAST time staying at a Travel Lodge...JB(Richmond, VA)

Like the location very much. The place wasn’t clean floors were very dirty couldn’t leave anything on the floor my baby crawled while I was getting things unpacked and was covered in dirty and badly. After that couldn’t trust the floors. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

It's like your local trap house.
The floors were absolutely filthy. You can't walk around barefoot because the floors turn your feet black af. Half the outlets in the room didn't work and there was no signal for the TV. The pillowcases had black spots all over them so I didn't use them. They do have a small glass stove top though in the small kitchen area which is cool. But those floors. I can't get over how disgusting they are.
