“Hard to get through to the front desk from my room. Waited for the shuttle for 45 mins. I called and was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. No one said that I had a call the shuttle service to tell them to come pick me up until after my second phone call 30 minutes later. ”

“Husband and I spent three nights in the two room suite. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our generous free breakfast. We plan to return later this year and recommend staying here.”

“Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. We paid because we were tired, but most places will let you check in as a courtesy if the room is available. Other than that, it was okay. I won’t be back as I saw there are many other...

“Everything was great, food, service, rooms, staff. The only thing frustrating was the elevators. We were on level 22 and sometimes it would go to 20 and reset and we would have to go down again. Other than that we loved it.”
